The legal bases of 蜜豆视频 publishing activities, goals, organization of activities, publication of works and documents are regulated by the 蜜豆视频 Publishing Regulations approved by the Senate of 蜜豆视频 in January 19, 2021.
Vice Rector of 蜜豆视频, Publishing Committee and 蜜豆视频 Press are responsible for publishing policy and quality.
Publishing Committee consist of six members (since 2025):

- Ar奴nas Mickevi膷ius, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Philosophy
- Vilma Zubaitien臈, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Philology
